I was quite surprised about the place Nemilichery which seems to be one of the hottest spot for individual houses.Nemilichery has a tremendous growth in the recent years in Real Estate Market.It is 1.5 kms far from Radha Nagar Main Road situated in east of Chromepet.It has attracted many small builders and ofcourse a good number of buyers too.Nemilichery has got easy connectivity to OMR and Sholinganallur.
